LEAD TIMES

Lead times vary based on the complexity and volume of your order. Typical lead times are 8-10 weeks, and specific timelines will be communicated during the order confirmation process.

Order Adjustments:

Once production has started, changes to orders cannot be accommodated. Please review all specifications carefully before confirming your order.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final, and orders are non-refundable.

 

Custom-Built Items:

Each product is fabricated or machined to order, ensuring it meets your exact specifications. As such, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once production begins.

Defects or Errors:

If an item does not match the agreed-upon specifications or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery. Include detailed photos and a description of the issue. If applicable, we will repair, replace, or otherwise rectify the issue at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Issues:

Changes to specifications after production starts.

Slight variances or imperfections inherent to custom fabrication or machining, such as minor finish differences or material characteristics.
